Please fix “validation error” bug

It would be a convenient app except for the fact that every time you pay bill, instead of confirmation you get the “validation error” message and have to call the hotline to check and confirm the bill has been paid. Also a receipt/confirmation number would be most excellent otherwise payment goes into a black hole of mystery and one wonders what happens in the event of a dispute over payment made as the consumer has no proof. Otherwise, a good idea. Thanks.
