Registration process
This is my 3rd time to create an account to your Ownbank app. Registration process for the new user is super frustrating! Keeps saying account upgrade failed, already provide all the details but still saying my id information is not same on the registration. Also, the verification takes forever to arrive. Uninstalling until you fix this mess!"
