Great idea, horrible application

I love Bangor Savings and love this idea because I have a lot of kids but it's been an absolute nightmare trying to set it up. First the app told me I didn't need any additional verification, then without explanation, it wouldn't let me sign in because the account needed to be verified. It took a month and a half to get the cards. Currently I can't get the funding to connect to the app after millions attempts. Again, I bank at Bangor and have for at least fifteen years. Why on earth is it this difficult to connect everything to Bangor's own app? If I could give it zero stars I would.
