FaceSign – Facial Attendance

FaceSign is a facial recognition–based attendance and check-in management app designed for schools, training institutions, after-school care centers, enterprises, construction sites, duty shifts, and project-based teams.

By simply scanning a face, users can record arrival and departure events quickly and accurately. Attendance data is synchronized in real time and can be shared with parents or administrators, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and clearly understand personnel presence and on-duty status.

After administrators register personnel information in the system, users can check in by face recognition when arriving at school, work, duty posts, or construction sites. The system can send check-in notifications and photos to parents or managers, allowing them to stay informed of arrival and departure status in real time.

Teachers, administrators, supervisors, and project managers can use FaceSign to perform facial attendance, view class sessions or work shifts, manage attendance records, and access detailed personnel information. The app helps reduce the complexity of attendance management across different scenarios.

FaceSign supports both Attendance Mode and Clock-In Mode. Attendance Mode is suitable for class-based or shift-based scenarios, while Clock-In Mode supports standard arrival and departure tracking for daily work schedules. Attendance status is automatically calculated, including normal, late, early leave, absence, and missed check-ins.

The app provides attendance statistics for today, the current month, and custom date ranges, making it suitable for multi-campus schools, multi-department organizations, and multi-project environments. Personnel information can be created and maintained directly within the app, without relying on external systems.

脸签APP是一款基于人脸识别的考勤签到与打卡管理工具，适用于教培机构、托管机构、培训学校、企事业单位、工地项目、值班场景等多种人员管理场景。通过刷脸即可完成到达与离开记录，并将签到信息实时同步给家长或管理人员，帮助提升考勤效率，减少人工统计误差，让人员到场、在岗与安全情况一目了然。

机构或项目方将人员信息录入系统后，人员到校上课、到岗上班或进入工地时，可以直接刷脸签到，系统可同步发送签到照片给家长或管理者，便于家长、班主任、行政人员、项目负责人等实时掌握人员到达和离开情况。老师、班主任、行政人员、值班负责人、项目管理人员等可通过APP进行刷脸考勤、查看课节或班组/班次信息、处理考勤记录和查看人员详情，帮助各类场景下的管理者解决繁琐的考勤与在岗管理问题。

在考勤方式上，脸签APP同时支持“考勤模式”和“打卡模式”：
既能满足按课节、班次进行精细化签到，也能支持按到达时间和离开时间进行上下班打卡与统计。系统可统计今日、本月以及自定义时间区间内的人员出勤情况，从正常、迟到、早退、缺勤、漏卡等多个维度进行展示，适用于多校区、多部门、多项目、多工地等复杂管理场景。人员信息可在脸签APP内直接录入和维护，无需依赖其他系统导入，部署与使用更加便捷灵活。

● 人脸采集：录入人员人脸信息，适用于上课、上班、值班、工地进出场等多种场景
● 人脸考勤：对已录入人脸信息的人员进行刷脸考勤，同步至签到记录，并向家长或管理者发送通知
● 人员管理：列表展示人员头像、人员姓名、人脸录入状态；人员详情展示基础人员信息，可管理人脸照片
● 打卡记录：清晰展示个人打卡记录，帮助人员掌握自己近期的到达与离开情况
● 签到记录：集中展示全部人脸考勤记录，可按时间筛选，并支持搜索人员，详细呈现人员姓名、到达时间、离开时间等信息
● 课节 / 班组信息：展示上课时间、上班时间、结课 / 下班状态、课程 / 项目、老师 / 管理人员、签到状态等
● 考勤模式：可配置考勤规则，如到场签到最近一节课或班次，离场自动补签该时间段内所有课节 / 班次，或到场后自动签到当日后续课节 / 班次
● 迟到配置：可灵活设置允许迟到几分钟内仍视为正常签到的规则，以适配不同机构和项目的考勤制度
● 打卡模式：支持设置到达时间和离开时间，系统自动判定并统计出勤状态（正常、迟到、早退、缺勤、漏卡等）
● 统计分析：支持按今日、本月及自定义时间区间统计人员到达与出勤情况，满足校区、部门、工地项目、值班岗位等多种管理需求
