To become one of the best mobile money services in Burundi, we launched the Application named as LumiPAY that would help you increase more experience. The App brings to our customers the best mobile money experience and through the LumiPAY App our customers can send and receive money to and from their loved ones, pay for commodities, access their bank accounts and be able to make other digital payments at anytime and anywhere.

The user will be able to view promotional content in the LumiPAY App as to see what is new in the LumiPAY ecosystem.
Security Enhancements
- A user will be provided with a one time password (OTP) at every transaction whereby the OTP will be sent to the user via SMS to ensure security of the transaction.
- The user’s transactions will be highly secured and situations such as theft transactions will be avoided.

App is not ready to be released yet
As a front end software developer, this Beta version of LumiPAY lacks originality. It looks exactly like Alipay App. And it is still VERY premature to be released. 1. Is it going to be possible to automatically collect payment free of charge? 2. How soon are we going to be able to pay for Regideso and other utilities? 3. What are the names of banks that we can top up and withdraw from? 4. Is it free to make a transfer within the app between two users ? Or do you charge transfer fees just like with the traditional USSD *163# ? 5. Are we going to able to buy bundles with the App?
