Aura Call Assistant, powered by Artificial Intelligence, will filter spam and phone scams from your unknown calls and text messages.


CALL PROTECTION

We configure your carrier to transfer all unknown calls to Aura during a quick activation process. Then, our AI-powered phone bot answers every unknown call and, using Natural Language Understanding models, tries to recognize its intention. Contextual filtering allows us to recognize scam scripts no matter how many phone numbers scammers will issue.

You can configure Call Assistant to send callers to voicemail or connect with you based on the call intention.

Aura Call Assistant picks up all your unknown calls and magically understands who is calling you and why. Based on the call intention recognition, we identify each call as one of these categories:
- SPAM: known scam scripts (such as lottery or car insurance) and nuisance calls from debt collectors, financial or real estate offers;
- VERIFIED: calls with legitimate intentions such as appointment reminders, medical or delivery related;
- UNVERIFIED: AI cannot definitively identify a call as neither Spam nor Verified.

Aura Call Assistant gets you an advanced Caller ID for each unknown call:
- Call intention status (SPAM, UNVERIFIED, VERIFIED) can be seen in your Recents call log;
- Caller ID automatically identifies most unknown callers in Aura Voicemail Inbox;
- Advanced Phone number lookup for any received unknown call (with a +1 country code);
- Call intention summary is available while we forward screened call to you;
- Call details available for each call so you can see a detailed log of the conversation with the Call Assistant;


 MESSAGES PROTECTION

Aura filters messages from unknown senders using three-layer protection:
- Scan senders' phone numbers against our spam database;
- Scan links for phishing and other security threats;
- Scan message content using AI models to recognize known scams.

From now on, all suspicious messages will remain in the Junk folder while you can enjoy a spam-free life.
