App Failed – Could Not Verify Account or Initiate Charge
Tried using this network at a hotel destination charger and the experience was a complete failure. He app would not properly verify my account, which prevented me from initiating a charging session. After multiple attempts, I was left unable to charge at all. For a charging network operating in 2026, this interface and onboarding flow feel unfinished and unreliable. Destination charging only works if drivers can depend on the app functioning seamlessly. Until he account verification and session-start process are stable and user-friendly, I would not recommend relying on this network - especially when traveling. Public-facing businesses should be cautious about partnering until the user experience is consistently operational. Reliable infrastructure matters!
