- To-Do Fitness makes tracking workouts quick and simple.
- View and Markoff your current lifts in the to-Do list tab. From here, check off lifts, add another lift to your current workout, delete lifts, and add more details such as weight completed for the set.
- Track your workout progress by clicking the "complete workout" button to save your workout in the workout history page to refer to later.
- Create your own workout templates for quick and easy loading by clicking the "+" icon in the workout loader tab.
