Our new mobile app puts the power of your MyIMG Account in the palm of
your hand. You can now access your IMG insurance and assistance plans
from anywhere in the world, without having to find a computer. From the app
you can manage your account and username, reset your password, or
change your email and other personal information on your MyIMG profile.
Review payments and change payment methods at any time. If you need to
review your plan documents or share them, you can view and download
them on the go, with the ability to email them directly from the app. Some
users will have access to travel intelligence to keep you safe while traveling
the world. If you’re abroad and need to find a provider, search our database
of qualified physicians and facilities across the globe with the click of a
button. With the app, you can also access a list of frequently asked questions
about IMG plans and policies and find the contact information you need.
