About Bank Muscat Soft Token
Bank Muscat Soft Token App enables Retail/individual customers authenticate Internet Banking transactions anytime, anywhere 24 x 7. It serves as a replacement for the physical token, eliminating the need to carry around or utilize the physical token.
In BM Soft Token App you can:
• Approve your financial transaction by tapping on push notifications received on your registered mobile device.
• Authenticate your Non-Financial transactions through Soft One-Time Password (OTP).
• Fallback authentication through Coloured QR code if push notification is not received.
• This service is completely free of cost and available in English and Arabic.
The Soft Token facility is not available to the following:
• Joint account holders.
• Corporate Internet Banking customers.
• Meethaq customers.
To use this app, you must be a Personal banking customer (joint and corporate accounts are not eligible) who is registered for Bank Muscat Internet Banking. If you have not yet registered, please visit https://www.bankmuscatonline.com and register yourself.
