ALICE Receptionist | Employee

ALICE Receptionist Mobile is a mobile application that enables employees of organizations that use the ALICE Receptionist visitor and lobby management software, to manage guest that have checked-in or out using the ALICE Receptionist Advanced Visitor Management (AVM) Check-in features.

Using ALICE Mobile employees can:
- See a list of visitors who have checked in
- Filter visitor list based on various filter options
- See visitor details
- Contact visitor by phone or text message
- Check out visitors
- See a list of Active Visitors (all visitor who have checked-in into the building but have not checked out)
- Update use profile settings
