Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam. They find ways to not approve anything and it takes days for them to send a technician

Terrible app development
It’s not an app, it’s. Mobile website that has many broken links and errors. Their app browser doesn’t open Facebook correctly (URL Error) their buttons to add an appointment to the calendar doesn’t work. If they are not going to make a proper app, they should just remove this from the Apple Store.
