The app support selection here just takes you to the website, nowhere does this app support link have anything about support, there’s definitely some lack of care if this thing is working or not. Like other reviews state. Trying to sign up results in waiting for a verification code email that never arrives.

Not Intuitive While Activating Machines
Activating the machines with the app is a bit confusing and a small hassle. First, as with most laundromats, my location seems to be a cell phone dead zone so you have to sign in to the laundromat’s wifi. I would recommend doing that immediately on every visit. Then to activate the machines you have to interact with THREE touch screens in order: 1) app (cell phone) 2) payment panel 3) machine control panel Once you figure it out, it’s not terrible but I did not find it intuitive at all. To be fair, it IS possible that there are helpful instructions when you sign in to the app the first time. But I downloaded it and created my log in while I was waiting for the dryer on my first visit so I skipped the intro. I do like the app features and layout in general.
