eSchedule is a powerful, easy-to-use, mobile workforce management solution designed to meet the unique needs of public safety and healthcare organizations. Version 1.1 of the eSchedule Mobile App will include basic scheduling and messaging functionality.
As an end user, you can view your schedule, your organization's schedule, and bid on shifts. Depending on your organization's configuration and your messaging preferences, you can receive shift, shift swap, shift bid, event, VIP and PTO notifications as push notifications.
You can also receive and review internal messages, update your profile, change your password, access your eSchedule website, and view all the information that displays on the eSchedule dashboard, including the system message, my schedule, upcoming events, certifications and bid, swap and time off requests. Administrators can also sign employees on to the schedule.
Future versions of the eSchedule mobile app will include additional scheduling functionality along with time off requests and timekeeping functionality.
