Avigilon Unity Video mobile app is available for use with Avigilon Unity Video Core, Standard, and Enterprise edition sites. Avigilon Unity Video app requires Avigilon Unity Video sites to be running the Avigilon Unity Web Endpoint component. The Avigilon Unity Video Web Endpoint is pre-installed on Avigilon Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and High Definition Video Appliances (HDVAs), is part of the firmware for Avigilon ES Appliances, and is available as a separate download for any server running on Windows.

App startup very slow
I have 4 ACC7 sites and the app takes over a minute to launch and list the sites. Unusable for answering intercoms. It always tunnels video through the cloud. This seriously needs UDP hole punching or better yet, a UDP port that can be opened on the server for the app to make a seamless direct connection. Motorola is having their lunch money stolen by ubiquiti in the CCTV mobile app space.
