MamaLift is an 8-week program that provides personalized self-help tools for women who wish to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety during pregnancy or after delivery. MamaLift guides expecting and new mothers through their journey, easing the transition to parenthood and providing helpful tips, self-guided strategies and reminders along the way.

Every day of the MamaLift program introduces new educational content and interactive exercises designed by clinical psychologists to support women during the time following delivery. Augmented reality exercises help to make the learning fun and engaging.
Trackers: MamaLift includes sleep, mood, and activity trackers to highlight trends in these areas and help you stay on top of your sleep, mood, and acitivites.
Community Webinars: Participate in exclusive webinars for MamaLift members and connect with experts providing helpful tips on taking care of yourself.
