A mobile application that enables patients to interact with their General Practice Provider.
Patients will be able to request prescriptions, book appointments, and download their own medical information. This can potentially include current and past medications, Immunization history, medical history, potential allergies (medication or environmental), medical notes, investigations (for example laboratory and radiology reports), and Specialist reports.
This would enable patients to have their own comprehensive medical records, at their fingertips.
