Never notified Resturant of order. Left a group of 11 students without dinner. Do better.

Phone number bug
Cannot use my phone number for my account because someone else had used my phone number on their account previously -_- it should obviously verify the number and update it. Why doesn’t it have this technology?

App has great potential, delivery times little on the slow side, hopefully it improves with time

App will not send code to phone
The app will not and the 6 digit code to my phone when trying to setup a profile for the app. Should be able to use the app with having to create a profile. This apps need a major update. Update: finally got the code sent to my phone. But now when placing an order the app says it’s not delivering to my area and gives no indication why or when it will. Another disappointment.

Excellent and convenient!
Apart from not having much food options (hopefully there will be more in the near future), the service and experienced drivers makes this experience an exceptional one. It’s super convenient to be able to order food and payment options are great and secure! Would recommend to anyone.
