Easily the best training app available
Over the past 10 years I’ve used just about every training app there is. None of them come close to this one in terms of programs available, ease of use, tracking progress, and making exercise swaps when needed. Do yourself and your physique a favor; download this app and let the gains commence.

Great log and more
There are lots of apps that can log your workouts but this is the only one I’ve found that will build you an almost custom workout based on several of your goals. It also has very helpful videos attached to each exercise So you can see how to perform it correctly. Also has a lot of ways to track historical performance and body metrics/pics to review later. Bottom line … so much more than a replacement to your paper log
