What'sRabbit is the application for omnichannel (different channels that are well coordinated) customer service. Customers contact your organization through various channels, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (Facebook). With the result that you quickly lose overview. By bundling all these channels in one application, it becomes clear and manageable for all employees within the organization. We currently support WhatsApp. Instagram and Messenger (Facebook) are ready to be integrated as well.
In What'sRabbit you can:
- Join with multiple colleagues in one conversation (and see which colleague is typing a message)
- Assign conversations to yourself, so your colleagues know you're on it
- Leave an internal note on a conversation, which is visible for you and all your colleagues (and not for the customer)
- Share a direct link to a conversation with your colleagues
- Send templates in a (new) conversation so that you can quickly reply to the customer or simply ask a question
- All messages are stored securely; if something unexpectedly went wrong, this will be taken care of by the Rabbit Safety Net
