Reviewer $moki is spot on
The app didn’t connect, then finally did, then it seemed to operate the unit correctly, then it didn’t and hasn’t in a long time. It’s July 2025, $moki’s review “Junk app” is a year old, and everything described is accurate. I can’t get the unit to turn on and cool, not with the app, the control on the unit, unplugging and replugging, etc. The schedule in the app looks fine, and I even get pop up notifications on my phone when it’s supposed to turn on and off. The manual controls on the dial, as weird as they are, also seem fine when I try to run it manually. Sometimes tbs fan turns on for a minute if I’m lucky. I can’t get the thing to cool by any means and it’s hot in the summer.
