I can’t even log on
This is like an app from 1993. It won’t let me even log on. Meanwhile, I need maintenance and can’t contact them without the app! I wish time would move faster so I can move!

Hilariously bad and redundant
There is not one functionality as part of this app that has been made easier/better/more convenient by its existence. It is functionally equivalent to a google doc with a bunch of links. If this is the “future of community living” then I will be making plans to live off the grid.
