Connect w/ City directly
News that’s update and all, that’s great. The fact that you can connect to/with city eyes and ears… priceless. Think about the difficulty of that task alone, prior to an App like this. South Pasadena is one of America’s great cities, but when Athens workers treat our block like literal garbage, I wouldn’t have had the gumption to drive to city offices and file a complaint. Change needs to come from the top, and this app is a facilitator.

Needs help
I like being able to communicate directly with the city about traffic and safety issues but the app is kinda whack. You have to make short descriptions of the issues or it puts the “submit request” button off the screen. 🤦🏻
