This iPhone/iPad app is designed to help WDAA western dressage Judges become familiar with a test . It is also a useful, easy to carry, refresher and reference for Judges.
• The app provides all four tests (1,2,3,4) in a Level for the 2022 WDAA Dressage Tests Introductory Level through Level 5, Freestyle tests for all levels, and Equitation tests.
• Dressage arena diagrams (for large and small arenas) show each complete test movement with its test text and directive from the Judges POV.
• The diagrams follow the Dressage Illustrated paradigm with the three gaits (walk, jog, and lope in green, blue, and red colors respectively. Black color is used for lateral movements and other patterns. The four levels in each gait are shown with a different line pattern in the color of the gait.
• A page of the diagrams for each test is provided to show the progression of gaits and movements for that test.
• Key information such as the new requirements, average ride time, and maximum points are provided for each test.
• The Purpose, Collective Marks, Diagram Key, and Definitions are provided for each Level.
• Test text in large easy to read Caller Handbook format is provided for use by a test caller.
• The Official WDAA scoring sheets for each test and Musical Freestyle show scoring for each test.
• The Resources and Information page links to the WDAA Test Page, WDAA Rules & Guidelines pages, Dressage Illustrated web site, a Test Learning Guide, Dressage Arena diagrams, and Contact Us.
