The Schréder Circle Light application aims to help lighting managers maximise the benefits of luminaires and extend their life cycle to the maximum.
It enables road and urban lighting fixtures to be programmed quickly and easily, for example, to set the luminous flux, schedule the dimming profile and set up other parameters that define the actual operation of the luminaire on-site.
Using NFC (Near-Field Communication) technology for contactless driver programming, the Schréder Circle Light application is part of a complete service ecosystem that includes the Schréder Smart Label, which gathers product-specific information in a codified and structured way. The App enables the factory settings to be updated with reprogramming data and information captured during the installation phase (dimming profile, date and place of installation, etc.). The updated information can then be accessed and viewed in the Schréder Smart Label Portal and in the Schréder EXEDRA control platform interface.
Offering a quick and easy adaptation of luminaire parameters on the field, the Schréder Circle Light application allows standard luminaires to be adjusted to meet various requirements, for example, to adapt the luminaire's output to a specific lighting class and to maximise savings with the most efficient dimming profile.
The Schréder Circle Light application is able to capture the parameters of a failed driver and reprogramme a new driver with the same settings, prolonging the regular operating status of the luminaire on-site. With the unique luminaire ID, the parameters that can be configured on the field, are predefined by the manufacturer to ensure reliable luminaire operation.
The Schréder Circle Light App provides the following features:
- Programme a luminaire driver using the NFC technology of a smartphone or tablet
- 3 ways to access the factory dimming programme of a luminaire: unique serial number, Schréder Smart Label or dimming code
- Differentiated access rights according to the user's profile
- Update luminaire installation data (date and precise location) for asset management
- Access to luminaire information, diagnostic and usage data
