Highly recommend to someone who tries to recover from an ED
Is it a magic bullet ? No. But it’s a perfect companion for someone who feels lonely and misunderstood in their recovery. It’s really well tailored for binge eating disorder and bulimia (most apps that I found so far were more about anorexia) and the AI coach is extremely helpful. Lots of insights and informations inside too, that you might already know but that is always useful to review. They have a small community sharing part, I can feel like it’s still developing and not at full potential yet but it’s in a good way. I sincerely appreciate the low yearly price that keeps that app affordable for most of us who can’t afford to spend $$$$ on a coach or recovery program. Sometimes I don’t use it for a while and sometimes I reach out for it everyday, but knowing that it’s here feels reassuring. I paid for it the price I would pay for a book, and it does much more than that for me. Of course it’s not a magic wand, you have to do the work yourself but you already know that. Thank you for the developers of this app and I hope they will still offer it for the same price for a long time. Thank you so very much

No trial option
You download the app and go through the motions of making an account and the survey to personalize, but there is no free option with limited resources, a free trial to test out the app and see if it helps or even a monthly option, it’s directly a 39.99 yearly subscription pay wall so you’re stuck either deleting the app or going ahead to try it… and if it were to really help, I would, however I can’t even see what is offered so why would I commit so much money to this app? I’ll try it again someday if they change their mind and offer a free trial or at least a lower cost monthly subscription.
