What PetPace provides is something very niche that not many other products can provide, while also being high quality + vet trusted. Yes they require a subscription, but I think of it as a premium on top my pet insurance [PetPace should partner with insurances, that’d be AMAZING]. The monitor is high quality and has amazing results. Their prized jewel is the hardware. The app has everything I need. It’s not an amazing app, but it’s polished and still gets frequent updates, that’s all I need from their software (alongside their trusted ML models of course).

Keep it simple!
I’ve been a PetPace user since its inception & find it to be an invaluable tool. The current app, however is frustrating, and it seems there is no longer an option to login from the web. The app takes 5 seconds to load, and then it often crashes. A delay after the 5 seconds reveals a pop-up ad! I’m paying a lot for this service & the delays are very frustrating. The original app loaded very quickly. Use email to send advertising, not the app. The better the service is, the more likely I am to recommend it. No need to remind me every time I open the app. The metrics in the app are great, however, it would be helpful if there were age-appropriate tips for a senior dog to increase well-being. Please fix the delays & realize that repetitive ads do not make the case for your service. Great service does. I always recommended PetPace, and the technology is amazing. But the app needs immediate attention. I would love to see a desktop web version & miss the old one.
