Other apps work

Other battery apps picked up my vatrer 560ah immediately. This does not.

No connection

Bought two 460ah batteries. One connected to Bluetooth and one won’t. Have tried connecting from 3 to 5 meters away like the tech asked, no go, delegated app and re installed it twice both on my iPhone and iPad and still won’t connect to one of the batteries! They want me to send pictures of the “parameters”but I don’t know what that means.
