I chose this neighborhood with the expectation that it would be a well-established and well-maintained community. Unfortunately, section 8 accepting properties I’ve been disappointed by the lack of accountability the impact it has had on our community standards. With the recent HOA decision requiring us to share our amenities with another development, my concerns have only increased. As a result, I have decided to rent out my home and relocate to Elyson.
