Horrible app and company
Advyzon is one of the most overhyped, underperforming platforms in the industry. They’ve promised innovation and seamless functionality, but after extensive use, it’s clear they’ve failed to deliver even the basics. Face recognition doesn’t work. When you log in, half the buttons don’t even respond, so you can’t tell if anything is registering. These are fundamental UI problems that have existed for over a year with no fix. The dashboard is an absolute mess. It’s cluttered with pointless widgets that don’t take you where you’d expect. For example, click on “firm assets” and it takes you to a client list instead—no breakdown, no insight, just lazy and illogical design. The mobile app is equally bad—barely functional, overly simplified, and a nightmare to navigate. Want to find something quickly? Prepare to click through 20+ layers of menus just to maybe reach it. Task management is glitch city. You can’t reassign or remove yourself from tasks without the system flipping back and forth endlessly. It’s a constant cycle of bugs on top of bad design. In short, Advyzon talks a big game but delivers a clunky, half-built product. The execution is nowhere near professional-grade, and the fact that these issues persist shows how little they prioritize real usability.

Only 1/2 screen, non functional.
I have sent pictures to support 2 months ago, no response I am an advisor with Schwab with many years of experience and love technology. When I became an Advyzon user, I came from Wealthbox, which has a great iPad app. I am running the current version of the Apple OS. Most of the apps on my iPad, I run in landscape mode as that’s the way by iPad case folds. When I open the Advyzon app, the software rotates my screen to portrait, but only displays half the screen as though you were running the app in landscape mode, but viewing it in portrait. If you are able to login, you only see the left half of the screen and many of the functions such as save or close are on the right side of the screen, making the application useless. I’ve waited a couple months to see if they would return. Respond to my plea for help.. I have seen none and my stuff still does not work. If they do respond and fix the problem. I will remove this negative post.. I am very happy with most all of the other features in the web version of Advyzon and they would’ve gotten either four or five stars. Very disappointed…
