We'reHere is a mental health support app developed for those in programs or graduates of programs affiliated with Praesum Healthcare's service offering locations. The app is designed to engage users with regular mental health checks, a sobriety calendar, some interesting games and music and direct access to peer support counselors when needed. Our goal is to make sure our people can stay connected, supported and believed in on the path to sobriety.
