There’s a hidden top up fee
I wanted to buy a $11 package, so I topped up for $11. When I went to place the order, it failed. After a few minutes, my account balance was reduced from $11 to $10.97 Had I known that, I would have paid $12

App is awful
The app doesn’t work properly, I try topping up my payments but it never works, saying “payment error, please try again later”. Additionally, I’ve tried logging into the app in the past, being forced to download a new app which took a very long time to work after repeated failures of trying to load the app. I do not recommend anyone used 2 degrees, go use spark, it’s worth the extra amount you pay
