Doesn’t work well
Keeps showing up as an error. Cant even enter the birth date correctly. You can click one number but it enters a completely different number. I have yet to get past the starting page because it keeps saying error when validating my data

Inconvenient & poorly designed
Extremely frustrating experience with the Bhutan NDI app. Despite multiple attempts—deleting and reinstalling several times—it still doesn’t work properly. It fails to provide the foundational ID, which is the most basic requirement of the app. I reached out to customer service via email, but received no response. I also called the helpline, only to be redirected to the G2C call center, where even they seemed unsure about what the issue was or how to fix it. This app has added more complications instead of simplifying things. Because of this malfunction, I was unable to open a bank account or purchase the GMC bond, both of which require the digital ID. It’s been a massive inconvenience, and honestly, quite disappointing. I expected better from a national-level digital ID system.
