Excellently structured workouts for real progress!💯
The app is very easy to navigate, had a crazy amount of workouts, stretches, breathing exercises & running workouts. Basically everything you need to see progress in your strength and running training. James has the best energy and love the guided videos! Also, the way training is structured, it can easily fit into a hectic schedule! Definitely worth it!!
