Inside the App you will find not only practical guidelines on how to behave, but also several unique features that make it essential in critical moments like this, including:
• An intuitive home page, designed specifically to handle panic situations, including a red "HELP" button. By pushing the button, it is possible to report the arrival of the officials to the internal and external lawyers and to the management;
• Guidelines constantly updated on how to behave in case of inspection or whenever you need legal assistance, which can be consulted at any time, even offline;
• A practical check-list of the first steps to be taken as soon as the alarm is triggered and the possibility to take pictures and send audios;
• A Geo-localization service which allows the user to know the position of the external lawyers in real time;
• Possibility to communicate with other colleagues and lawyers, receiving real
time updates and instructions, through a dedicated chat.
Chats are divided by taking into account each user’s role within the company (e.g. manager, director, employee, etc.).
