Alarm goes off unscheduled

I am required to use this app for daily symptom tracking as part of a study I’m in. The alarm function does not work as it should- I have it scheduled for 4pm, which is when it goes off. But it also goes off at 11pm every night, without being set for that time. There is no way to disable this alarm, nor is there any way within the app to report errors or contact the developers. Hence this negative review. Please fix your alarm! I need to sleep!
