Won’t link Platinum access
I’m a STH and have platinum access as part of my membership. This app strips my tickets of platinum access even though my Ticketmaster account is linked. The updates made this year are garbage. I’m constantly having to message my poor ticket lady for one off platinum passes because they can’t figure out the issues either. This app is garbage. Please fix!!

This current version of the Stars app is TERRIBLE! I don’t know who’s idea it was to change it but they should be fired. Please return it to the original format.
