MACFCU debacle
No title after loan payoff
I was told 7-10 business days I would receive vehicle title to truck payoff. Multiple messages and phone calls re-assuring me that title is in the mail, was mailed, still no title! Payed off truck 23 days ago. Also made a deposit in coop bank, CASHIERS CHECK, MACFCU held check for 10 days even after I sent images of CASHIERS CHECK deposit. Will close my account asap. Worst experience I ever had with a financial institution. This is just recent issues. Avoid banking with MACFCU

Wont Open
Since the most recent update, the app will not open. It always says I have no connection. All phone settings are enabled as needed, just the app WILL NOT open at all.
