App hasn’t worked well at all
I’ve been a member since April 2024. App worked great until December when another company (Hang) got involved. Ever since Hang onboarded, constant errors and issues. Earned credit vouchers missing, birthday reward missing, my Amex was double charged the monthly membership fee, then account was deactivated even though I was charged and am on a monthly auto renewal plan. Proved my Amex had been charged and my account 3 months later is still having issues/opening screen says it’s time to renew/ your membership will expire soon. It literally charged my card yesterday for the renewal. Horrible app! If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been in contact with the company and been promised for months now that my account would be fixed. 3 months later, still not fixed.
