Very Poor Customer Service

This has been the worst finance app experience I’ve ever had. My account has been stuck in an “internal approval process” for over 5 months, and I have sent multiple emails with no response at all. There is zero communication, no timeline, and no proper customer support. An investment app should not keep users in the dark or block access to their own money for months. The app is poorly managed, unreliable, and extremely frustrating to use. This is easily one of the lowest-quality apps I have ever downloaded. I do not recommend this app to anyone until they improve their customer service and transparency.
