Unreliable Times
App and Official cyride pamphlets are not accurate. The app will estimate a time when it believes a bus is in route, but the buses will pause at their initial route point and the app will not adjust its times accordingly. Specifically the 12 Lilac Route, has given arrival times for buses, but there either will not be a bus at that time, or it will remove the “arriving” bus from the map and move the time to another time slot for assumed arrival

App Stop working
The app stop showing stops a couple days ago now it doesn’t even show routes I know it’s not just my phone because it doesn’t work on my boyfriends either
