Dumbest app ever!
What is the point of an app that doesn’t work?! If it’s run by Ticketmaster, then why even have it. Just put my tix back on the Ticketmaster app and get rid of this absolute trash app! It never works correctly and is so slow and buggy!

And I thought Ticketmaster was bad…
Worst app experience ever. First, if venue forces me to use another service for tickets, do not force me to use a secondary app to then use those tickets. At least I know where “my tickets” are there. This app provides no clear instructions on where my tickets are, how to view them, or use them. Even logging into this app I was dumped to Home Screen several times, received several errors and “oops not found” messages. User experience is severely lacking.
