Very good app

I just installed this app. I really like most of its features, but I do have a few suggestions for improvement. 1. There should be a setting to control the length of a session: the number of long intervals & the number of short intervals. Currently these are both fixed at 10. 2. A watch complication showing the number of sets completed so far today (numerically or as a ring or dial), such that tapping the complication brings forward the app. It would be excellent to “close the kegels ring” on the watch. 3. The long interval timer could go up to a minute instead of 30 seconds.

Quick and Simple

Nice simple app. My physical therapist recommended a short interval of 2 second squeeze with 4 second rest, so it would be nice if those timings were a little more flexible.
