Not a reliable

I currently cannot click the green button to see where about my children's bus is. This is nerve wrecking when the bus does not all come at the same time. When attempting to click on the map button I am automatically booted out of the map. The weird part is I have 3 kids. 2 of the three this occurs but my eldest it works perfectly fine. The app is NOT RELIABLE

Could be better

My son recently started a new school and I went to see where my son was and it wouldn’t let me log in!!! It says my parents credentials are invalid…. But did send me 2 notifications? So how was that but I can’t log in
