Exploitative and unethical
This app wastes your time and exploits users’ effort. Multiple surveys allow you to spend 5–15 minutes answering detailed - often personal - questions, only to suddenly tell you that you’re “not a good fit” and end the survey with zero compensation. I spent 5-10 minutes yesterday, carefully answering questions and sharing private information, only to be screened out at the very end. This happened on 6 of the 10 surveys I answered. If someone has already invested that much time and data, there should be compensation. Screening should happen at the beginning, not after users have already provided value. This practice feels unethical, disrespectful of people’s time, and erodes trust in the platform. I won’t be using this app again unless this issue is addressed. KashKick could fairly compensate users by offering partial payouts based on time spent or progress made in a survey- such as a small baseline credit once a user reaches a certain number of minutes or completion milestones, even if they’re later screened out by the research company. If partners don’t cover this, KashKick could fund a modest screen-out or fairness credit themselves, or at minimum provide clear transparency about screening length so users can make informed choices.
