Needs improvement not provider friendly
As a former provider I am not pleased the way the data collection was conducted and when notes were to be signed it was difficult for the signature to stay intact even if my device was offline. There was lack of SD instructions and no details component to see the task target graph. There was no way to see other BTs data collection and data sheet to understand what the client needs to focus on from the previous days session. It would be better to see admin time slot and drive time slot without having to fill out non-billable hours. There was no way to fill out the names of the caregivers and who was present and caregiver participations.

Ok app
As a provider I can deal with this and live with this. The updates seem to log me out for at least on time. But at times it’s random. This isn’t really something that you use recreationally but as a tool. Performance wise I wish it was more responsive when going to the soap notes: like that was the first menu page it would go to. Also a bigger resolution would be better whenever I am getting signatures it’s too small to scroll all over the page. If it had a better resolution I could zoom out of the page to better get the soap notes done.
