This app is a joke. It is logging me out non stop, besides other issues. Waste of time for techs.

Just bad
The app is not designed to be used by techs. Trying to navigate this in the field is totally impossible. The graphics and design looks like it was designed by a teenager with minimal effort. There are so many steps just to accomplish simple tasks.
