Poor customer service
Placed an order on a Friday evening by Monday evening it hasn’t shipped yet so I inquired to customer service about whether it would ship soon or whether I should just order from Amazon. The guy was obviously offended by me mentioning Amazon or something and he decided to immediately refund my order so now it is Monday night I have to replace the order it’s gonna take another couple days to process and by the time it finally ships it will have been a week since I placed my first order

Missing key features and clumsy
The company is a great company & products BUT The app technically works, but it’s missing features of being able to zoom in change the size of the text or even see the links. The company is a great company and they have wonderful products but using the app is very difficult to navigate it’s not worth it go to their website.
