Bait for your money
I've been playing this for 3+ years. It was great for a while with real development work put in. People spent a ton of money, myself included because they released new seasons and content. They've now repeated the last season 6 times already without any new content and their customer service either doesn't reply or gives some BS response about them working on it. They just bait people into spending money and give empty promises. Not only that but they only fix some bugs and not others. There's a bug that literally locks up my game while in season, so i can't participate. I told them about this bug in the first season of this repeat, now we just finished the fifth and no fix at all. Find another game with a real developer.

Issues with my account
I have tried to play for the past 3 weeks and can’t talk to anyone on world chat, alliance chat, or messages. I can’t click on support chat to get help and I have went to discord to ask for help but I still haven’t gotten a response!!! Please help me. I have had my account for over 2 years and would like to continue to play.
