MTB eBank is one of the most modern and updated cash management solutions for corporate clients developed by MTB. Clients can manage all types of payables and receivables by using MTB eBank at any time and from anywhere. The user interface and transaction system can be tailor-made suiting every client’s organizational structure and account operational needs. Besides, the web-based portal, MTB eBank is now available in the play store. With the eBank app, registered corporate/non-individual MTB customers will be able to perform their transactions with a few clicks. Clients can check balances, obtain various types of reports, and can access many other options. In this fully automated Apps based journey, customers will need to have a User ID & Password (checker/approver) in eBank as provided by the Bank.
TO ACTIVATE THIS APP ON YOUR DEVICE
• Corporate/Institutional MTB clients need to fill up an eBank setup form that contains user ID-related information, e.g. Name, Phone no, Email, etc.
• MTB will provide necessary eBank IDs and Passwords to the client’s makers and
• Only checkers and authorizers of the MTB eBank solution will be able to use mobile apps
• The checkers and authorizers will need to go to the Play Store to download eBank App
• Client will log in using fingerprint/ password
• In Case the device does not have any fingerprint option, the client will be provided an OTP to log in
• Client will be able to log into MTB eBank App. from mobile by giving the OTP (for the first time only)
• There will be necessary options to perform the required transaction
MOBILE BANKING SECURITY
• Only Corporate/Institutional/Business entity clients can get registered for MTB eBank solution.
• MTB uses the latest online security measures to help protect clients’ money, personal information, and privacy while banking with MTB
• This service is secured by SSL encryption. Also, all data communication is further encrypted by MTB’s own encryption technology. An unregistered device (Smart Phone) cannot be used to login to MTB eBank Apps
• Two-factor authentication during the transaction
